- Upgrade the Snow Software components within HPE premise
- Snow agent installation/troubleshooting support to HPE internal team
- Snow agent version upgrade through Snow Software deployment feature
- Snow agent configuration update through Snow Software deployment feature
- Snow Software components heath check
- Snow Software application & database server health check
- Database job monitoring
- Snow Software inventory health check
- Snow Software inventory archiving
- Troubleshoot & coordination with HPE team in case of any issues
- Troubleshoot & coordination with vendor team in case of any issues
- Status deck preparation & documentation about the tasks/activities/status
- Weekly customer interaction & discuss about the action plan for any new or active tasks.
