We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hybris 4C professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Hybris 4C platform, ensuring its optimal performance. This role involves working closely with our IT and marketing teams to develop and execute digital strategies, manage product catalogues, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Hybris 4C, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise, while also contributing to the development of new features and functionalities.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement new software programs using Hybris 4C.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
• Design and update software database, including MySQL and REST API's.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in MySQL: The candidate must have a strong understanding of MySQL database management and be able to handle complex queries.
• Expertise in REST API's: The candidate should have a deep understanding of REST API's, including how to integrate them into existing software and how to troubleshoot issues.
• Experience with PostMan: The candidate should be familiar with using PostMan for API testing and debugging.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
• Jenkins: Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration is a plus.
• Java: Knowledge of Java programming language is beneficial.
• Jira: Familiarity with Jira for project management and bug tracking is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are desirable.
• SOAP API: Understanding of SOAP API's is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team.
• Time management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is beneficial.
• Customer service skills: Ability to interact effectively with clients.
