Title:  Technical Specialist-Testing Services

Description: 

Area(s) of responsibility

  • 4+ years of relevant QA experience on a D365 CRM (Mandatory).
  • Understand business requirements and CRM workflows.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements
  • Develops test plans, test cases and test scripts for CRM applications.
  • Define test strategies for functional, regression, integration and performance testing.
  • Perform manual testing of CRM modules.
  • Verify data integrity, user access levels, and business rule implementations.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure Devops.
  • Test integration between CRM and other enterprise applications.
  • Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and guiding end users.
  • Log defects, prioritize issues, and work closely with developers to resolve them.
  • Prepare test summary reports and provide insights on the application stability.
  • Ensure that bug fixes and new features do not break existing functionality.
  • Conduct periodic regression tests after update or patches.
  • Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle & Test Methodologies.
  • Expertise in Web based application testing.

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to identify test scenarios.
