Title: Technical Specialist-Testing Services
Area(s) of responsibility
- 4+ years of relevant QA experience on a D365 CRM (Mandatory).
- Understand business requirements and CRM workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Develops test plans, test cases and test scripts for CRM applications.
- Define test strategies for functional, regression, integration and performance testing.
- Perform manual testing of CRM modules.
- Verify data integrity, user access levels, and business rule implementations.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure Devops.
- Test integration between CRM and other enterprise applications.
- Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and guiding end users.
- Log defects, prioritize issues, and work closely with developers to resolve them.
- Prepare test summary reports and provide insights on the application stability.
- Ensure that bug fixes and new features do not break existing functionality.
- Conduct periodic regression tests after update or patches.
- Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle & Test Methodologies.
- Expertise in Web based application testing.
