•    Should have 3-5 years of Manual testing experience
•    Should work on Test case preparation and execution independently
•    Should follow all the testing best practices
•    Should know Test management tools like Spira
•    Should be able to do defect Triage
•    Should take complete ownership of assigned tasks.
•    Should work proactively on assigned task, reach out to SME for support and share updates on time.
•    Should be quick leaner and have good communication skills
