Key Responsibilities
Research product features and gather info from SMEs to develop comprehensive documentation.
Write, edit, and maintain a variety of documentation types: user manuals, installation guides, troubleshooting procedures, API references, and technical specifications.
Simplify complex technical concepts into language that suits non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product managers to clarify content and meet documentation standards.
Ensure consistency in style, tone, format, and documentation architecture across all materials.
Conduct usability reviews or incorporate feedback to improve document clarity and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain documentation plans, templates, and content repositories (knowledge bases).
