Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in testing web-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with API testing tools, backend validation, basic Linux knowledge, and proficiency in TOSCA automation. Candidates with TOSCA certification will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web-based applications.
- Design and execute test cases to validate application functionality and performance.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as SOAP UI, Postman, or equivalent.
- Validate backend functionalities through SQL queries and database checks.
- Work with schedulers like Tidal or DB for job monitoring and validation.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases by adhering to QA best practices.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA.
- Leverage TOSCA for model-based test automation and ensure compliance with automation standards.
