Title: Workday Extend Developer - Subcontractor

We are looking for a skilled Workday Extend Developer with 5-8 years of experience in Workday ecosystem development and automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Extend, PMD Scripting, Orchestration Services, Workday APIs, WQL, RaaS, and Workday Business Processes. The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting custom applications on the Workday Extend platform to meet complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy applications using the Workday Extend Platform.
Build custom solutions leveraging Workday Extend Model Components, Widgets, and UI Components.
Develop and maintain Page Flows and application navigation.
Configure and manage App Manager settings, deployment processes, and application lifecycle activities.
Create and maintain PMD scripts to implement business logic and application functionality.
Develop solutions using Orchestration Services for process automation and workflow management.
Integrate Workday with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Inbound & Outbound Endpoints.
Utilize Workday Query Language (WQL) and RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) for data retrieval and reporting requirements.
Configure and enhance Workday Business Processes to support business needs.
Design and develop Custom Reports and dashboards.
Implement and manage security configurations, including ISU (Integration System User) and ISSG (Integration System Security Group).
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for production applications.
Support application upgrades, migrations, and release management activities.
Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Business, and Integration teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Follow Workday development best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
