We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations within the Workday platform to meet our business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday's various modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of integrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to design and implement integration solutions.
- Provide support for Workday integration issues, including troubleshooting and bug fixes.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and other Workday technologies.
- Strong knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
- Excellent understanding of XML, XSLT, and Web Services.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Workday Report Writer.
- Experience with Workday security administration.
- Knowledge of Workday Business Process Configuration.
- Understanding of Workday Calculated Fields.
- Experience with SOAP, REST, or other API technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of HR and Finance business processes.
- Experience with data migration projects.
- Proficiency in SQL or other database technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
