Sr. Tableau Lead - 8 to 12 Years 

Lead end‑to‑end design and development of complex Tableau dashboards with advanced interactivity, parameters, actions, and calculations

Design and optimize Tableau data models (Extracts, Live connections) for performance and scalability

Strong SQL and optimize the SQL Queries

Implement advanced calculations including FIXED / INCLUDE / EXCLUDE LODs, table calculations, and Dynamic Zone Visibility (DZV)

Perform data blending and multi‑source integration across relational, cloud, and flat‑file sources

Apply strong visual analytics principles to deliver intuitive, business‑friendly dashboards

Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability

Establish and enforce Tableau development, visualization, and naming standards

Ensure best practices for dashboard layout, color, accessibility, and storytelling

Define performance tuning standards (extract optimization, filter usage, calculation efficiency)

Support Tableau Server / Cloud governance including permissions, project structuring, and content lifecycle

Conduct code reviews and dashboard quality checks

Deep understanding of Tableau data modeling concepts and performance optimization

Experience working with Snowflake
