- Provide consulting services to clients who are implementing or have implemented JDA WMS solutions
- Design, configure, and implement JDA WMS solutions that meet the client's specific business needs
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions to meet those needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure that their needs are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide training and support to clients on JDA WMS solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to JDA WMS solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest JDA WMS features and releases
