Job Description:
•Extensive experience (5+ years) in SAP operations, with a deep understanding of the MM, QM, PP, SD, and PMM modules.
•Proficient in ABAP programming, with the ability to develop custom solutions and enhancements to the SAP system.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues.
•Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Proven experience in the use of Agile methodologies and tools for process improvement.
•Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering).
•Certifications in SAP module-specific areas (e.g., SAP MM, QM, PP, SD, PMM) are highly desirable.
•Proficient in the use of ITSM tools and processes, with a strong grasp of ITIL principles.•    Provide expert-level support and resolution for incidents and service requests related to the MM, QM, PP, SD, and PMM modules of the SAP system.
•Utilize the organization's ITSM toolkit to effectively manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
•Demonstrate a strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices to deliver high-quality service to end-users.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP Basis, Application, and Development teams, to identify and resolve complex issues.
•Analyze system logs, performance data, and other relevant information to proactively identify and address potential problems.
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP processes and procedures, leveraging Agile methodologies and tools.
•Provide training and knowledge sharing to end-users and other support personnel, enhancing overall SAP system competency.
•Maintain a proven track record of successful SAP support and troubleshooting, with a strong academic background in relevant disciplines.
•Develop and customize ABAP-based solutions to address specific business requirements and optimize SAP system performance.
