Architecture & Solution Design
- Architect and implement enterprise-scale Citrix Cloud, Citrix DaaS, and Virtual Apps & Desktops solutions.
- Design secure Digital Workspace platforms across Azure and AWS.
- Develop High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), migration strategies, and operational runbooks.
- Define EUC technology standards, governance, and architecture roadmaps.
- Lead technical solutioning for large-scale workspace transformation initiatives.
Virtualization & Migration
- Lead migrations from on-premises Citrix environments to Cloud.
- Design and implement application virtualization and desktop virtualization solutions.
- Assess, rationalize, and modernize legacy applications for cloud-hosted delivery.
- Support migrations between Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and cloud-native workspace platforms where required.
- Design highly available, scalable, and resilient VDI architectures.
User Profile & Workspace Management
- Design and implement FSLogix profile containers and Citrix Profile Management solutions.
- Optimize user experience through Workspace Environment Management (WEM), policies, and performance tuning.
- Establish profile management, application layering, and image lifecycle strategies.
- Improve login performance, session stability, and overall end-user experience.
Cloud & Identity Integration
- Integrate Citrix Workspace with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
- Design hybrid cloud architectures leveraging AWS and Azure services.
- Implement Zero Trust and secure access strategies for remote workforce enablement.
- Support cloud networking, identity federation, and access management integrations.
Endpoint Management
- Design and implement endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
- Develop modern device management strategies for Windows, mobile, and remote endpoints.
- Implement application deployment, compliance, patching, and endpoint security controls.
- Integrate endpoint management with virtual workspace platforms.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as SME and technical lead for EUC and Digital Workspace programs.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Application, and Business teams.
- Provide technical governance, architecture reviews, and best-practice guidance.
- Mentor engineers and support teams across global delivery organizations.
