Job Description:

● The day-to-day support for the IT operations globally.
● Dealing with support requests through to completion, particularly from
local users, but also at other locations across the globe.
● Resolving any IT issues as quickly as possible, escalating to other teams
and IT Manager as appropriate.
● Managing and supporting Google Apps and other cloud based productivity
services.
● Assisting and supporting the Apple Systems Administrator with the
support, maintenance and management of macOS and iOS devices.
● Carry out IT inductions for new employees.
● Implementing technological solutions to meet staff needs.
● Advising staff on the best use of provided technology for their work needs.
● Procurement and management of hardware and software licenses.
● Organizing and supporting our staff running conferences and events in
Europe and the USA.
● Will need to support for Australia (Sydney & Melbourne), Singapore and
India Remote and Chennai users.
● Will have to visit Chennai Office when needed and should be able to
arrange Courier and Porter whenever needed for India users
