Description: We seek an experienced QA Manual Tester 8+ years’ experience to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Responsibilities include developing test cases, performing manual testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:
•    Test Planning: Develop and review high-quality test scenarios, input test data, and expected results for all test phases
•    Test Execution: Perform manual tests systematically to ensure software quality
•    Bug Identification: Identify, document, and report bugs or issues
•    Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to resolve defects and improve the product
•    Documentation: Create detailed test cases and test scripts based on user stories and requirements
•    Review: Participate in document and peer reviews to ensure testability of the test basis
•    Supervision: Supervise testers in the execution of test cases
Skills and Qualifications:
•    Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Quality Center, SQL)
•    Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in identifying and documenting defects
•    Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze functional documents and plan test cases
•    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams
•    Problem-Solving: Ability to develop solutions to testing issues and improve processes
