Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Utilize GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, AI Platform, etc.) to build scalable data pipelines and machine learning models.
- Write efficient and maintainable Python code for data analysis, machine learning, and automation tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis to uncover insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science and cloud computing.
Area(s) of responsibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with GCP services and tools.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
