Service Line Sales Specialist – Cloud, Infrastructure & Digital Workplace
Position Overview
The Service Line Sales Specialist partners with client account teams to drive growth across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Digital Workplace domains. You act as a trusted advisor, managing full sales cycles—from opportunity discovery to contracting—supported by delivery and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership & Pipeline Management: Identify and pursue strategic opportunities in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Digital Workplace services. Lead RFI/RFP processes, proposal creation, and negotiation through to closure.
• Client Engagement & Advisory: Build and sustain relationships with VP/CXO-level stakeholders across IT and business units. Serve as a go-to advisor for hybrid and hyperscale cloud, infrastructure modernization, managed services, and digital workplace transformations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with practice leads and delivery teams to shape transformation strategies and service offerings. Engage in joint planning and execution of multi-service line opportunities.
• Solution Design & Technical Vision: Facilitate workshops, assessments, and design sessions to outline tailored transformation solutions. Provide subject-matter expertise across cloud, infrastructure, security, and digital workplace technologies.
• Account & Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement account growth plans in alignment with broader account goals. Own revenue targets and Total Commercial Value objectives.
• Commercial Oversight & Risk Management: Lead contract negotiations, financial structuring, and outsourcing agreements. Identify project risks and collaborate with account/delivery teams to mitigate them.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain hygiene of sales systems and processes to support accurate KPIs and pipeline reporting.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years in consultative selling of cloud, infrastructure, and/or security solutions.
• Proven track record with full sales cycle ownership and deal closures over $10M
• Deep technical understanding of hyperscale and hybrid cloud, infrastructure modernization, and digital workplace tools.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with structured thinking and communication style.
• Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and influencing complex enterprise decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees (MS/MBA) are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in working with large enterprises, Tier‑1 or Tier -2 Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
• Prior success with end-user computing, workspace modernization, and cyber‑security transformation.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed global organization and coordinate multiple service lines.
• Willingness to travel and manage a remote or hybrid work style as business needs dictate.
• Preferred to be based out of New Jersey or Dallas TX
