Title: Lead Business Analyst
Area(s) of responsibility
The Business Analyst will be part of the development team working on the Connected Vehicle Platform (CVP) initiative Phase 2 under the Global Connected Services (GCS) department. A project that will start in 2025 is targeted to develop a new global solution for collecting vehicle data from multiple data collection solutions, governance and distribution through common data services in conformity with privacy and cybersecurity legislation. Existing local solutions implemented in Phase 1 will be maintained during the project while existing data services will gradually be migrated to the new global solution. The business migration strategy and impacted business services need to be defined
OBJECTIVES
• Build a good professional relationship with existing Product Owner(s), Information Analyst(s) and Architect(s)
• Obtain a complete overview for all business services in the scope of the project.
• Support and guide internal and external test teams during planning and execution of functional and user acceptance testing.
• Work in close cooperation with the Development Team and with the Subject Matter Experts as changes will take place based on both business and technical project activities.
• Cooperate in and live up to an Agile way of working. The development team will be working in sprints based on SAFe principles.
RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTPUT
• Engineer business processes, workflows and requirements, either by:
o supporting the responsible operational service delivery teams;
o representing GCS when participating in work groups designing new business applications;
o designing new internal processes in alignment with GCS internal stakeholders.
• Engineer (non-)functional requirements for business services.
• In close collaboration with Information Analyst(s):
o specify detailed Functional Designs for use cases and system interfaces, in close collaboration with the Solution Architect and in accordance with Solution Architecture Design.
o Define and refine user stories on the backlog of the development team
• Collect and document relevant information according to project scope and DAF standards.
• Design for privacy, in accordance with GDPR legislation.
• Design for cybersecurity, in accordance with UN-ECE R155 legislation.
• Support the Data Architect with data governance definitions, data taxonomy and logical data modelling.
• Be in front and ahead of the development team, strongly supporting the Product Owner to manage DoR and DoD.

• A business analyst through and through, enjoying analyzing business cases, strategy, processes, roadmaps and requirements over IT solutions and architecture.

• Able and willing to work in Eindhoven office 3-5 days per week.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Master or Bachelor or related. 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with the business domain and marketing and sales of digital services using connectivity solutions.
• Vast knowledge of automotive and connectivity.
• Knowledge of IT development lifecycle processes. (Pre)
