SAP WM L2 Consultant

Work Model

  • Minimum 2 days/week onsite at client office
  • Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM CET
  • Travel across EMEA region may be required

Project Overview

Support the SHEEP Project involving the rollout of the EBM model focusing on SAP Supply Chain and Warehouse Management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SAP WM workstreams during project implementation.
  • Perform Master Data Migration activities.
  • Support SIT, UAT, and other testing cycles.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Execute SAP WM configuration and customization activities.
  • Maintain project and EBM documentation.
  • Collaborate with Logistics, P2P, O2C, ABAP, and Interface teams.
  • Support incident resolution, enhancements, and operational maintenance.
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable governance and control requirements.

Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years of SAP WM (Warehouse Management) experience.
  • Experience in international SAP implementation/support projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
  • Experience in Master Data Migration activities.
  • Hands-on experience supporting testing cycles (SIT/UAT).
  • Experience delivering user training and knowledge transfer.
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery environments.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience within Client’s Group projects.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 modules such as MM, SD, PP, or FI.
  • ServiceNow experience.
  • Jira experience.
  • German, Spanish, or French language skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • Information Technology
    • Engineering
    • Business Administration
    • Related discipline
