Job Overview

As an M365 Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's Microsoft 365 environment. This includes the administration of user accounts, managing licenses, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. You will also be expected to provide technical support to our staff, train users on how to use M365 applications, and stay updated on the latest M365 features and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including user management, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Use PowerShell to automate tasks and manage systems.
• Handle data collection, integration, and management tasks using the Data Management Platform.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Defender for Office 365: The candidate must have a deep understanding of Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and its functionalities. They should be able to manage and troubleshoot issues related to this security solution.
• Data Management Platform: The candidate should have experience in managing and operating a Data Management Platform. They should be able to handle data collection, integration, and management tasks.
• PowerShell: The candidate must have strong scripting skills in PowerShell. They should be able to write, test, and debug scripts to automate tasks and manage systems.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
• Experience with SharePoint Online
• Understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of Windows 10
• Understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager
