Job Overview
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including modules such as Global HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and more. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, develop solution designs, and guide the implementation team throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that meet our clients' business requirements and contribute to their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements and are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud platform, including setting up and maintaining modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll.
- Use HDL to load data into Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help improve the team's overall proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Required Skills
- Software Configuration: The candidate must have a strong understanding of software configuration principles and practices, and be able to apply this knowledge to the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
- Oracle HCM Cloud: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud is essential. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities, features, and limitations.
- HDL: The candidate must have experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), a tool used for bulk-loading data from files into Oracle HCM Cloud.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Consulting: Experience in a consulting role, particularly in relation to Oracle HCM Cloud, would be beneficial.
- Core HR: Knowledge of Core HR processes and best practices would be advantageous.
- Absence Management: Experience with absence management modules in Oracle HCM Cloud would be a plus.
- Payroll: Familiarity with payroll processes and systems, particularly within Oracle HCM Cloud, would be beneficial.
- Project Management: Experience managing projects, particularly those related to HCM Cloud implementations, would be a plus.
- Fusion HCM: Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM would be advantageous.
- Benefits: Understanding of benefits modules within Oracle HCM Cloud would be beneficial.
- Talent Management: Experience with talent management modules in Oracle HCM Cloud would be a plus.
- Security: Knowledge of security protocols and practices within Oracle HCM Cloud would be advantageous.
- Reporting: Experience with reporting tools and capabilities within Oracle HCM Cloud would be beneficial.
