Area(s) of responsibility
Program Leadership:
Lead and manage the successful, timely delivery of multiple, complex IAM initiatives from planning through completion.
Strategic Planning:
Define and execute strategies for modernizing IAM capabilities, often with a focus on automation, self-service, and AI-driven solutions.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, resolving unforeseen problems and ensuring program integrity and reliability.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business leaders, ensuring clarity on objectives, scope, and risks.
Budget & Financial Management:
Oversee program budgets, create budget change requests, and manage financial health to ensure projects stay on track.
Technical Guidance:
Provide deep and broad guidance on IAM domains, including identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management.
Compliance & Auditing:
Oversee access certification campaigns, entitlement reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as SOX.
- Vendor & Tool Management:
Manage relationships with vendors and oversee the implementation and operation of IAM platforms.
