Required Experience and Skills

Certifications: Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud related certifications, are often preferred to validate technical proficiency

Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management

Analytical and Technical Expertise: Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and leverage analytics to guide product decisions

Communication Skills: Strong skills for coordinating between stakeholders, developers, and end users, ensuring clarity in requirements and expectations
