A PMO can be responsible for multiple projects across the organization. The PMO has several functions, like ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard. The main tasks include: Project planning: documenting step
s, scope, and milestones for completing a project.
Assisted the PMO Manager in compiling project status reports, project risks, issues and dependency (RAID) logs. ● Maintaining PMO documentation and knowledge management across all PMO systems, processes and platforms (including SharePoint). ● Supporting PMO Manager with Project health checks. ● Preparing weekly /monthly and yearly Progress Report and publishing the MIS Reports/Templates/Dashboards to all stakeholders. ● Ensuring the track of Physical Stocks availability. ● Daily monitoring of all required KPIs effectively to ensure they meet their target.
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables. Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives
