Role: JD – Sr. ASPICE Consultant
Location: Noida, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai

• Develop deep understanding of DENSO development policies, procedures, concepts,
practices, and tools
• Develop and maintain organizational Quality Management System (QMS) and process assets
in line with DENSO internal standards and Industry standards such as ASPICE, Functional
Safety (ISO 26262), Cybersecurity Standards (ISO 21434), etc. by:
o Performing gap analysis
o Leading Technical Working Groups to create and pilot process solutions
o Deploying processes and training development teams
• Provide training on the Automotive SPICE standard.
• Prepare development teams for ASPICE assessments; participate in audits/assessments
• Perform internal audits/evaluations; help assure quality of work products and process
activities for software development projects
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process feedback and implementing
strategic enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance
• Lead process deployment activities by managing the deployment team and ensuring
coordinated rollout of process solutions across programs and projects.
