Site Security Operations & Guard Force Management
- Day‑to‑day supervision of security manpower deployment, shift rosters, and attendance controls.
- First‑level monitoring of security guard performance, post instructions, and discipline.
- Ensure post-wise deployment adherence as per approved security layout.
- Regular review of incident registers, visitor logs, vehicle movement registers, and briefing books.
- Conduct toolbox talks and refresher briefings for guards on SOPs, emergency response, and conduct.
- Coordinate with agencies for replacement, escalation handling, and shortage management.
- Act as the first responder for security incidents, escalations, and campus-level issues.
Access Control, Badging & Surveillance Oversight
- Operational ownership of Access Control Systems & CCTV monitoring on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely activation/deactivation of employee, vendor, and contractor access.
- Maintain access card inventory, accountability, and periodic reconciliation.
- Ensure CCTV uptime, retention compliance, and footage availability during audits/investigations.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for ISMS, client audits, and internal security reviews.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for AMC handling, breakdown resolution, and system upgrades.
- Support data access requests from HR, Legal, InfoSec, and Management with proper approvals.
- Perform periodic access reviews and privilege validation.
Audits, SEZ Compliance, Documentation & Regulatory Liaison
- End-to-end handling of SEZ documentation, including Gate Passes, DTA approvals, Bills of Entry (BOE) and other statutory records.
- Monitor daily deployment of contract labour to ensure adherence to approved CLRA limits, shift timings, wage periods, and nature of work.
- Coordinate with CHA, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure compliant inward and outward movement of materials under SEZ norms.
- Liaise with SEZ / STPI authorities and Labour Department officials for routine compliance, inspections, approvals, and clarifications.
- Support VIP / Expat entry approvals, badge issuance, and regulated movement permissions within the SEZ facility.
- Support internal, external, client, ISO, and ISMS audits with documentation and walkthroughs.
- Participate in emergency preparedness, drills, and incident investigations.
- Assist in policy implementation, SOP updates, and compliance awareness initiatives.
- Prepare and consolidate MIS inputs for security, access, SEZ, and facilities operations.
- Coordinate with Facilities, Transport, EHS, HR, IT, and InfoSec teams for integrated operations.
- Ensure policy adherence for female employee safety, late‑night working, and escort norms.
