Job Description: Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer – Wealth Management & Retail Banking

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions for Wealth Management and Retail Banking.
- Configure FSC features including Financial Accounts, Financial Holdings, Household Management, Client Profiles, Goals, Referrals, Action Plans, Interaction Summaries, and Relationship Groups.
- Build and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Lightning Experience, and platform configuration.
- Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and banking best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with core banking platforms, CRM systems, digital channels, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Optimize platform performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and product owners in Agile delivery environments.
- Support production deployments, issue resolution, and platform enhancements.
Required Skills
- 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong implementation experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Proven experience delivering solutions for Wealth Management and Retail Banking.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, roles, profiles, permission sets, and Shield (preferred).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
