Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead functional testing efforts across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
•    Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
•    Design, review, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data.
•    Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
•    Perform SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend processes.
•    Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (Azure DevOps).
•    Ensure timely reporting of test progress, metrics, and risks to stakeholders.
•    Mentor and guide junior testers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
•    Participate in test planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
•    Support UAT and production validation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•    Strong experience in functional testing across web and enterprise applications.
•    Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
•    Hands-on experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps).
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
