Title:  Informatica Lead

Area(s) of responsibility

o    Location – Hyderabad, India
o    Architect and implement scalable data quality solutions using Informatica IDQ
o    Define and enforce data quality standards, rules, and best practices
o    Integrate IDQ with other Informatica tools (PowerCenter, MDM, Axon, EDC) and cloud platforms
o    Build reusable mappings, workflows, scorecards, and dashboards
o    Perform data profiling, cleansing, matching, and monitoring
o    Optimize performance and scalability of IDQ components
o    Work closely with data stewards, business analysts, and governance teams
o    Translate business requirements into technical specifications
o    Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness through robust data quality frameworks
o    Guide junior developers and analysts in IDQ best practices
o    Conduct training sessions and technical workshops
o    Lead cross-functional teams in agile and waterfall delivery environments
o    Data stewardship, policy enforcement, score carding
