A Salesforce Manager plays a crucial role in optimizing the use of Salesforce Platform, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
As a Salesforce Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering solutions for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products. Your primary responsibility is to recommend the best solution for a given set of requirements and articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another.
Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM Strategy: Develop and execute CRM strategies to support internal and external growth campaigns, including regular performance reporting.
- Team Management: Oversee the Salesforce team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Customization and Implementation: Manage the customization, implementation, and ongoing management of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Security Measures: Design and implement security measures to protect sensitive data within the Salesforce platform.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configurations.
- Issue Resolution: Facilitate the resolution of complex issues within the Salesforce platform.
Evaluate new features of the Salesforce platform and actively participate in making key architecture and design decisions.
Certifications and Technical Skills:
• Hold certifications such as Salesforce.com System Architect, in addition to Platform App Builder and Platform Developer II.
• Proficiently use the Salesforce developer toolkit, including Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Aura, LWC, Migration Tool, Web Services, Data Mapping, Workbench, VS Code, IDX, and SFDX.
Domain Knowledge:
• Familiarity with Lightning flows, and experience with Omni Studio and Vlocity (preferred).
• Exposure to Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Omnichannel.
• Possess good knowledge of different Salesforce products, industries, and clouds.
• Bonus points for experience with Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Web Studio, Email Studio, and Social Studio.
