Area(s) of responsibility
- 15+ years of overall Testing experience managing large-scale programs
- 5–7 years as Test Delivery Manager
- 10+ years in Test Management, handling teams of 40+ resources
- Strong knowledge of Automation Testing concepts and frameworks
- Hands-on experience with TOSCA and Tricentis tools (preferred)
- Exposure to API Testing, Mobile Testing, and Performance Testing
- Good understanding of Manual Testing principles
- Proficiency in Test Management Tools (e.g., ALM, Jira, qTest)
- Expertise in Testing Estimations for large programs
- Experience implementing Testing Processes, Frameworks, and setting up TCoE
- Strong background in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Risk-Based Testing, and Resource Planning
- Familiarity with Testing Toll Gates, Governance Models, and compliance standards
