Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with a strong background in manual testing of web applications to support the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing modern web-based systems, working within Azure DevOps, and collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders. Healthcare domain knowledge is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
•    Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing for web-based applications
•    Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create clear and comprehensive test cases
•    Execute test cases and document results, defects, and risks with a high level of accuracy
•    Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps (work items, bugs, test plans)
•    Collaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce issues, clarify expected behavior, and validate fixes
•    Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
•    Validate application behavior across browsers and environments
•    Ensure testing activities align with quality standards, processes, and timelines
•    Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users as needed
•    Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation

Required Qualifications
•    3+ years of experience in manual QA testing
•    Strong experience testing web-based applications
•    Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking
•    Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
•    Ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured test cases
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
