• Overall 12+ Years Industry Experience including Functional/Manual Testing.
• Experience of Manual Testing as a Test lead.
• Should be able to write comprehensive Test Strategies.
• Test Case Review and feedback.
• Should have experience in capturing, tracking, reporting, QA KPI and metrics.
• Leading teams of 5- 10 people and able to resolve/ address/ route functional/ technical queries from the test team.
• Able to estimate testing work for the team based on story/ feature documents.
• Lead and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases and test procedures.
• Should be able to write comprehensive test strategies.
• Test case review and feedback.
• Should have experience in capturing, tracking and reporting QA KPI and metrics
• Write summary reports on test status.
• Running Test suite across the web, different browsers, and backend environments.
• Reporting defects clearly and concisely.
• Developing high-quality Test suites based on requirements defined in collaboration with our product and dev teams.
• Using JIRA / Devops to track Test Execution, Results, and Defects.
• Working with a functional team to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clear and comprehensive.
• Working with the Development team to identify bespoke test capabilities that need to be built into our projects.
• Maintaining standards documentation to help accelerate our work.
• Develop bug-preventive strategies with the development team using test-driven development and continuous integration.
• Responding to customer incidents and resolving issues is important.
• Domain Knowledge on SAP and Salesforce will be preferred.
