Job Title: Program Coordinator - Banking Client Services

Job Summary: As a Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our IT services and our banking clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate program activities directly with the client to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Professional attitude with Presales and budgeting experience who can acts as a bridge between the sales and technical teams, providing valuable insights and solutions to clients.

This role involves a strategic approach to understanding client needs and aligning product or service offerings accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between the multiple IT team for one of our banking client, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Coordinate program schedules, resources, and information, managing client expectations and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and opportunities to both internal teams and the client.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions between business, application, and technical teams to align on project goals and milestones.
  • Ensure that all program activities comply with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Manage documentation and project management tools to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Assist in contract negotiation and management, ensuring terms are favorable and adhered to.
  • Provide hands-on support to resolve any issues that may arise during the program lifecycle.
  • Have effective presentation skills to communicate ideas effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in program coordination, preferably within the IT sector for banking clients.
  • Strong understanding of the banking industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and IT service management.
