8-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Quality Assurance across enterprise applications.Strong expertise in API testing and automation using REST/SOAP services.Hands-on experience in UI automation using Selenium or similar frameworks.Proficient in developing automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript.Experience in functional, integration, regression, system, API, and end-to-end testing.Strong exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Continuous Testing, Shift-Left Testing, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Expertise in SQL/database validation, JSON, XML, web services, and microservices architecture.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry.Knowledge of Splunk and production monitoring tools for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI-driven Quality Engineering, including GitHub Copilot for test case creation, automation scripting, defect analysis, intelligent test prioritization, and productivity improvement.Understanding of AI/ML application testing, model validation, data quality, accuracy, reliability, and edge-case testing.Experience defining QA metrics, quality gates, defect management, and release-readiness criteria.Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience in banking/financial domain applications is preferred.
