Title:  Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects within the company, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals, and to maintain project scope. They will also be responsible for risk management and project reporting.
Responsibilities
•    Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
•    Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
•    Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
•    Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, track project milestones and deliverables.
Required Skills
•    AI and ML: The candidate must have a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, techniques, and applications.
•    Leadership: The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
•    Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the candidate will be required to liaise with various stakeholders.
•    The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is highly desirable.

•    Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and manage potential risks in a project.
•    Budgeting: Experience in budget planning and cost estimation.
•    Time Management: Proficiency in managing schedules and meeting deadlines.
•    Quality Control: Knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures.

•    Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to overcome project obstacles.
•    Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
•    Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software like MS Project, JIRA, etc.
•    Change Management: Experience in managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
•    Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve conflicts among team members or stakeholders.
