QTEST Admin
Job Title:  QTest Admin
Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years experience in Automation Testing, with 4–5+ Years in QTEST

Must Have Skills: 
•    Experience in configuring and maintaining QTest environments, including user roles, permissions, and project structures. 
•    Design and implement optimal folder structures and workflows within QTest.
•    Configure and enable AI-based features like QTest Co-Pilot.
•    Drive adoption of intelligent test management practices across teams.
•    Establish standardized processes for test case creation, execution, and reporting.
•    Experience in integrating QTest with Tosca, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM tools such as Jira.
•    Implement quality gates and checkpoints at various test phases 
•    Experience in generating and maintaining quality dashboards for stakeholders, providing visibility into test coverage, execution progress, and defect trends
Required Skills & Experience
•    6–8 years in Test management, with 4–5 years dedicated to QTest administration.
•    Strong expertise in QTest configuration and administration.
•    Experience integrating qTest with Tosca, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and ALM tools like Jira
•    Hands-on experience in setting up AI features like QTest Co-Pilot.
•    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Exposure to test automation frameworks and DevOps practices.
•    Familiarity with other ALM tools and enterprise test management solutions.
•    Certification in QTest, Tosca, or related QA tools (preferred but not mandatory).
