Job Summary:
Senior RPA and GenAI Developer (UiPath) is a seasoned RPA and Generative AI Developer with extensive experience in UiPath and AI/ML integration to join a high impact hyperautomation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of robotic process automation, LLM integration, attended/unattended automation, and healthcare process optimization using cutting-edge GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath for business workflows.
•    Integrate Generative AI models to enhance automation with cognitive capabilities
•    Build intelligent attended bots to assist business users in real time.
•    Develop prompt engineering patterns and reusable AI components within the RPA framework.
•    Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate automation requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•    Conduct Proof of Concepts and develop AI-enabled components such as AI-powered auto-generative workflows.
•    Monitor and optimize bot performance, implement exception handling, and enable logging/monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
