Job Overview

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in aligning our business objectives with employees and management across the organization. You will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicating proactively with our HR department and business management. You will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

 

Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings with respective business units.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Human Resource Management: The candidate must have a strong understanding of HRM principles and practices.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to align HR strategies with business objectives is crucial.
  • Leadership: The candidate must possess strong leadership skills to guide and manage the HR team.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Relevant experience of 3-5 Years
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or relevant HR certifications being highly desirable.
