Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
- Create and verify backups of data, and participate in the scheduling of backup routines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windows: The candidate must have a deep understanding of the Windows operating system, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Network Support: The candidate should have experience in providing network support, including diagnosing and resolving network issues.
- Data Center Management: The candidate must have experience in managing data centers, including maintaining servers, storage, and network equipment.
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
