Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for IT Applications.
- Understand Windows Server OS and perform basic operations on Linux OS systems.
- Support Wintel services including IIS Web Servers, Cluster Services, Certificate request creations and Certificate installations.
- Perform basic MS SQL DBA activities such as backup/restore operations, user management, and health checks.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and SPL (Splunk Processing Language) to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor system health and application performance using New Relic, Splunk.
- Analyze alerts/logs, identify root causes, and support incident resolution and problem management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, performance, and security.
- Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and configuration records.
