Title: Sr Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps

Resource needs to perform these key activities among others - Develop Offer letters in ORC, Create new Journeys and build custom reports
Hands on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Recruitment Cloud module
- Analyze business requirements and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet those needs.
- Implement and maintain Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management modules.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and other business units to improve talent management processes.
- Develop and deliver training for end-users on Oracle HCM functionalities.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable performance.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM updates and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in Talent Management and ORC.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
