As an Oracle Sr Technical Lead-Enterprise Apps, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Oracle enterprise applications. You will be expected to provide technical leadership to the team, manage complex projects, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and translating them into effective technical solutions. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any Oracle application issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of Oracle enterprise applications.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Excellent understanding of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Application Development Framework (ADF).
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree or relevant Oracle certifications.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience with Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI).
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports.
- Understanding of Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Familiarity with Oracle JDeveloper.
- Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server.
- Experience with Oracle Identity Management (OIM).
- Understanding of Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).
- Familiarity with Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
