Title: Sr Technical Lead-Enterprise Apps

We are seeking an experienced Kanban Lead with strong Oracle APEX expertise to lead continuous delivery initiatives while driving efficient flow-based execution across Oracle APEX application development and support teams. The role combines Lean/Kanban leadership, technical depth in Oracle APEX, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure predictable delivery and value realization.
Kanban & Delivery Leadership
•
Lead and coach cross-functional teams operating in a Kanban / flow-based model
•
Establish, monitor, and optimize Kanban boards, WIP limits, and flow policies
•
Analyze and improve flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Flow Efficiency)
•
Facilitate Kanban ceremonies:
o
Replenishment & commitment meetings
o
Daily flow reviews
o
Service delivery reviews
o
Operations & risk review
•
Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and data-driven insights
•
Ensure adherence to Kanban best practices while adapting to organizational needs
Oracle APEX Technical Responsibilities
•
Act as the technical anchor for Oracle APEX application development and enhancements
•
Guide teams on:
o
APEX architecture & best practices
o
SQL / PL-SQL design and optimization
o
Integration patterns with Oracle DB, REST APIs, and external systems
•
Review design and code for:
Classification: Internal
o Maintainability
o Performance
o Security standards
• Support production issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution
• Coordinate deployments and releases in a continuous delivery model
