JDE - Fusion HCM Consultant

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 7–8 years of combined experience in JD Edwards HR/Payroll and Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong functional understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI/BIP, and data migration activities.
• Experience working on integrations across JDE, Fusion, and external systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, and deliver timely resolutions.

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
