Area(s) of responsibility
- Proficient in developing and supporting enterprise-level web applications using J2EE technologies.
- Troubleshooting production issues raised by end users to restore normal functioning.
- Provide assistance in fixing the user issues.
- Validate, maintain and monitor the production applications, services
- Coordinate with different systems to implement changes to the application in production
- Report application issues with relevant vendors and implement fix.
- Experience on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment
- Work with offshore team on production monitoring of applications.
- Provide guidance, assistance and mentoring support to junior team members
- Maintain ownership of issues until resolution, drive other teams as needed, set customer expectations accordingly.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
