  • Hands on enterprise level J2EE based web application development and support
  • Hands on experience in React JS, Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies
  • Experience on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Experience in support role with numerous B2B(business to business) functions such as production monitoring of data, error analysis, client correspondence(both electronic and phone) as well as deep dive investigation of issues stemming from failures.
  • Experience in GenAI tools to accelerate production support activities such as log summarization, incident triage, RCA drafting, runbook/KB creation, and communication templates—while adhering to enterprise security and data policies.
  • Build and maintain AI-assisted troubleshooting playbooks (prompt templates, diagnostic checklists) for recurring incidents across applications.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce AI-enabled automation in support workflows (auto-classification of tickets, anomaly detection for job/app failures, proactive alert enrichment) and track outcomes (MTTR reduction, alert noise reduction).

Area(s) of responsibility

  • Minimum of 8+ years production monitoring experience within Java Web/Enterprise projects;
  • Experience with Java EE, Maven;
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting skills of JavaScript object model Through understanding of React.js and its core principles.
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
