5-7+ years of experience in enterprise J2EE web application development, production support, and monitoring.Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, React JS, Maven, and Cloud technologies including PCF.Hands-on exposure to CTI, IVR, Avaya PBX, Avaya Experience Platform, Cisco CTI Server, Noble Dialer, and Verint/NICE solutions.Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, issue resolution, and deep-dive analysis of production incidents.Experience in B2B support environments, offshore delivery models, Kanban, and ticket-based workflows.Proven ability to mentor junior team members, drive cross-functional teams, manage customer expectations, and ensure service excellence through strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
