Seeking an AI Support Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to support and optimize Generative AI solutions across Azure AI Services and AWS Bedrock.

The role involves troubleshooting AI models, monitoring performance, ensuring high availability, and supporting deployments in cloud environments.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with LLMs, transformer-based models, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, and cloud-native applications.

 Exposure to Spring Boot microservices, Splunk, and New Relic is preferred.

 Strong understanding of cloud architecture, incident management, and production support is required.

Azure/AWS certifications, DevOps knowledge, and experience with CI/CD pipelines will be an added advantage.
