- Strong Experience using UNIX command line interface,
- Strong Experience in shell scripting, VI editor and other UNIX-based tools
- Strong Experience supporting UNIX based and Windows based servers.
- Experience using SQL
- Strong Excellent oral / written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of ITIL Processes, ERT calls for P1 etc
- Willingness to work flexible shift timings (24*7 environment with rotational night shifts)
- Experience in production releases and major application enhancements.
- Experience in handling major incidents and impact analysis documents
- Better understanding on production / nonproduction and DR environments.
- Responsible for providing support in L2/L3 level depending on the priority of the incidents.
- Strong attention & detail-oriented
