Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our innovative team. In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, from the initial design and feasibility phase through to the final testing and implementation phase. You will work closely with a team of engineers and other professionals to create and improve our products and services, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards. Your expertise in the field will be crucial in mentoring junior engineers, making strategic decisions, and driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Design and develop complex engineering systems, using advanced techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD or Inventor.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, with a Master's Degree or Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools.
• Experience with finite element analysis.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
• Knowledge of industry-specific software.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
